Account Management Sales Representative

• Make 85-100 outbound calls per day
• Use scripted call guidelines on every call
• Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work
• Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts
• Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting
• Work to build partnerships with distributors to increase sales pipelines
• Utilize sales skills and the provided solutions toolbox to recover accounts or increase profitability from existing active accounts
• Upsell customers on repair services, and the purchase of new or refurbished equipment
• Provide customers with sales quotations when necessary and follow up on those quotations to ensure they progress into orders
• Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promote personal growth

• Sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred)
• Good speaking ability and persuasive attitude
• Desire for personal and professional growth
