Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies by properly handling returns; zoning the area; arranging and organizing merchandise; and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provides member service by maintaining exit areas; reviewing member receipts; acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; and locating merchandise.
• Operates the self-checkout area; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services; provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; processes member purchases; and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership types.
• Secures and safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity; maintains required documentation; executes emergency response procedures; and ensures compliance with security and safety practices.
• Trains Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures; teaches new technology and tool functionality; delivers new program rollout training; and provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Complies with company ethics and integrity by implementing action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; and adapts to change and feedback.

• Customer Service experience, including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Retail experience operating front end equipment.
• Experience using mobile retail applications.
