• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their needs with friendly, engaging service.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures such as merchandising setup, stock management, and store organization affect inventory, profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies, reporting hazards and correcting where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.

• Climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds; move merchandise safely.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and elements depending on duties.
