Barista-

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, assisting with food service, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Assist with food preparation, serving pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
• Replenish stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Upsell menu items and provide product recommendations to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient café operations.

• Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
