Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service in the front of house as a cashier, in the drive-thru, or other areas as needed.

* Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.

* Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food and beverages.

* Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.

* Keep the restaurant looking fantastic and connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

* No experience required.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.

* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and crew members.
