• The Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing quality systems across multiple manufacturing sites within the plastics industry. This role ensures compliance with customer, corporate, and regulatory quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position partners closely with plant leadership and corporate teams to strengthen quality performance and operational consistency. Significant hands‑on experience in plastics manufacturing environments is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain company-wide quality systems and compliance across multiple sites.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve divisional quality programs aligned with corporate objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct internal, supplier, and system audits to verify compliance and effectiveness of quality processes.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
