This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buford, GA, for a Landscape Operations Manager. The Landscape Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient execution of landscaping projects and maintenance. Responsibilities will include coordinating crews, scheduling projects, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, troubleshooting project challenges, and ensuring the proper use of equipment and materials at work sites.

• Proven experience in Landscaping, Landscape Management, and Outdoor Project Execution
• Skills in Team Leadership, Crew Coordination, and Workforce Management
• Knowledge of Project Scheduling, Budget Management, and Quality Control
• Familiarity with Landscape Design, Installation, and Maintenance Practices
• Strong Problem-Solving, Communication, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Proficiency in Compliance with Safety Guidelines and Equipment Use
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the Buford, GA work location
• Experience in managing hardscape and softscape projects is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Landscape Management or similar is preferred
