The Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid media for a rapidly scaling luxury automotive brand. This is a turnaround and optimization role focused on transforming existing paid marketing efforts into a disciplined, measurable, and profitable revenue engine.

What You’ll Do Paid Media Strategy & Execution- Own paid media across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, You Tube), Tik Tok, and programmatic platforms
- Audit and rebuild ad accounts, pixels, attribution, and campaign architecture
- Identify and eliminate wasted spend and inefficiencies
- Manage large monthly budgets with clear ROI benchmarks
- Develop high‑intent search and buyer‑focused campaigns
- Build and optimize full‑funnel journeys (ad → landing page → lead → sales)
- Design retargeting and long‑cycle nurture programs for high‑value buyers
- Create structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and bids
- Build lookalike and high‑net‑worth audience models
- Implement end‑to‑end performance tracking and attribution
- Develop dashboards linking spend to leads, CPA, ROAS, and revenue
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with strategic insights
- Partner with creative and social teams on performance‑driven assets
- Manage vendors, platforms, and optimization tools
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of hands‑on paid media management experience
- Experience managing substantial budgets (ideally $350K+/month)
- Proven success with high‑ticket, high‑consideration products
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution models
- Experience building landing pages and conversion funnels
- Strong ROI and CPA accountability
- Background in luxury automotive, real estate, aviation, fine jewelry, or similar sectors
- Experience with CRM‑integrated and closed‑loop reporting
- Programmatic advertising experience
- Structured A/B testing and optimization expertise
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
