We are searching for a self‑motivated CNC Machinist Gesellschaft. This skilled professional will operate, maintain, and program machinery to produce precision parts and tools across materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and composites. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to produce components that meet exact specifications.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining processes.
- Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials to create parts that meet exact specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
- Program CNC machines using G‑code or other programming languages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or production processes.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make adjustments to machines or processes as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and repair mechanical issues with equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
- Minimum high school diploma with 10+ years of experience in machining and manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and materials.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and machine programming.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and geometry skills for calculations and measurements.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for handling machinery and materials.
- Certifications in CNC programming or machining (optional but beneficial).
