Shift: 1st ( 7:00 AM
-3:30 PM), Mon
- Fri

Pay: $27.00/ hr.

• Supervise Line Leads across production lines to achieve production goals safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Execute and adjust production schedules by assigning and re‑directing staff as needed to maintain optimal line performance
• Mentor, coach, and motivate production team members to enhance performance, accountability, and professional development
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to share information, plan work, and resolve issues
• Support the Quality Department by assisting with adjustments and resolutions related to quality concerns
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure the smooth flow of materials
• Train and monitor employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance
• Enforce policies and apply corrective action when necessary
• Report daily production results
• Enforce PPE requirements, maintain an organized and safe work environment, and uphold 5S standards
• Perform additional production‑related duties as required

• Minimum of 3 years of production supervision or line lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills to effectively manage people, processes, and priorities
• Decisive and safety‑focused leader with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges and take a strategic, solutions‑oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize production goals while balancing supervisory and operational responsibilities
