What Can You Expect

• On a large/multiple projects this position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to deliver exceptional results to clients.
• This position could also be responsible for leading and managing a project team on a more complicated projects with limited resources.
• Responsible for management of construction projects from beginning to end in accordance and maintaining the requirements of the "Super Six".
• Train and develop Project Manager and support the Operations Manager and Business Unit Leader.

What You Bring to the Table

• Manages Teams and ultimately responsible for the preparation of complete close out by submitting Final Pay App and Waivers, O&M Manuals and attic stock within 30 days of substantial completion.
• Travel to project site and overnight stays will be required.
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications:
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
