Job OverviewStep-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents, come join us! When you join our team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their families. Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way.
- Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA
- Collect and record data daily
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner

Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth.
