Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire experienced RBTs for in‑home ABA therapy services in Buford, GA and surrounding areas
. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one‑to‑one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community. The position is full‑time with flexible hours between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

Available times are between 3:30 - 6:30 PM.

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required; active).
• Personal means of transportation.
• Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Prior experience in ABA.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
