• Provide mental health support to adult and geriatric residents in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.
• Practice independently, customizing care for each patient within an integrated care team.
• Participate in training and supervision in gero‑psychology under senior clinical directors.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation (EMR).
• Work typical hours Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with ability to create a custom schedule.
