Senior Accountant

PRO 360 is assisting our client in the Buford, GA area seeking a Sr. Accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience and support the month end close.

• Oversee and manage the general ledger activities for multiple locations.
• Lead month end and year end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements preparation.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions across locations
• Support budgeting and forecasting for locations.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operational leaders.
