As the Interior Designer, you will impact various projects, from model homes to multifamily interior design. This role calls for an organized, exceptional eye for detail and a creative Interior Designer who will not only design and coordinate but also travel to the job sites to ensure everything is in line with the client’s scope. • Procurement of all furnishings, accessories, lighting, artwork & soft goods
• Project management from conception to installation, including working within timelines, communicating with vendors and contractors, and managing a budget.
• Collaborate with the team on community projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design
• 4+ years in the interior design industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
  Revit or Sketch Up preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Knowledgeable in construction drawings, including millwork & electrical drawings
• Knowledge and experience in FF&E, selection and development
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability for frequent travel required (driving & flying) - GA, SC, NC, VA, DC, PA, IL, FL
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• A team player and a positive attitude
