Fulfilling administrative responsibilities and support to Production Manager

- Review of worksheets, coordination and adjustment of activities according to warehouse needs.
- Welcoming customers who pick up their orders at the counter and employees (good customer service).
- Entry into work order system for product entry and exit, raw material transfers and back orders.
- Help manage & coordinate special projects
- Scheduling appointments with different suppliers and welcoming them
- Assisting with documents and plans using (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Also assist warehouse needs.
- Emotional intelligence, planning and process monitoring, self-directed.
- Minimum high school or GED, minimum experience of 6 months in administrative activities.
