Customer Concierge – High-Luxury Client Experience & Bespoke Automotive Sales
Location: Buford, GA – 100% onsite
Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission (OTE $110,000+)

, you will guide high-net-worth collectors through a fully white-glove experience, from initial design consultation to final delivery. This is a relationship-driven, luxury consulting role for professionals who understand discretion, emotional intelligence, and exceptional service.
You will serve as the dedicated point of contact throughout the entire build process, curating a refined, memorable ownership journey while managing design decisions, upgrades, invoicing, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead private design consultations and translate client vision into detailed build specifications
- Recommend trim, paint, finishes, and technology upgrades with a strong eye for detail
- Present bespoke upgrades and customization options through consultative selling
- Provide proactive, polished progress updates with photos, video, and milestone communications
- Manage invoicing for upgrades and coordinate final payment prior to delivery
- Maintain precise documentation within CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
- Orchestrate white-glove vehicle delivery and post-delivery relationship management
- Proven consultative or luxury sales experience with a track record of building trust with high-net-worth clients
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to make detailed, design-forward recommendations
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with flawless accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and CRM management
- Ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously while maintaining top-tier service
- Confidence managing high-value transactions ($150K+)
- Professional poise, discretion, and flexibility with client schedules
- Schedule:
8:15 AM – 7:30 PM
- $60,000 base salary + commission (OTE $110,000+)
