Position OverviewThis Staff Accountant role offers exposure to full-cycle accounting functions, with a focus on supporting month-end close, reporting, and data accuracy within Net Suite. The position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who’s seeking growth and hands-on accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Manage daily accounting operations within Net Suite
- Support AP/AR tasks and resolve cross-functional issues
- Contribute to internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with payroll, operations, and finance leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and solid Excel skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
