• Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure high quality food service and customer satisfaction.
• Open or close the store as required and supervise daily activities.
• Participate in and/or lead the training program for new team members and managers.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Support community involvement and charitable activities in local markets.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a capable and motivated staff.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One year of management experience required.
• Must be available to open or close.
