This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

$0.45-$0.52 per mile

Detention pay: 23 - 28/hour after 1 hour

Drop and hook pay: $39 per stop

Live load/unload: $64 per stop

Driver load/unload: $45 per stop

Hazmat: $40 per load

Refrigerated: $40 per load

Border crossing event: $75 per load

Crosstown moves: $25 per load

Driver assist: $25 per load

Empty move: $25 per load

Empty search: $23 per hour

Jury Duty and Berevement: $180 per day

Mechanical breakdown: $23 per hour

Rail delays: $23 per hour

Refused delivery: $39 per load

Truck order not used: $30

Waiting on truck: $23 per hour

Tractor repositioning work: $23 per hour

Overweight rework: $23 per hour

Yard checks: $23 per hour

In classroom safety & round tables: $30 per hour

Safety training: $20 per hour

New hire training pay: $200 per day

Holiday pay: $200 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000
