Our Digital Consulting team is looking for a talented Senior Delivery Engineer (AI-Accelerated Delivery) to join us. The Senior Engineer can be based at any of our U.S. office locations or remotely within the U.S. This position requires U.S. Eastern work hours; 4‑hour overlap with IST.

Role Overview

The Senior Engineer is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for standing up a delivery pod that builds and deploys AI‑powered MVPs, integrations, and feature packs with a rapid, iterative cadence. This individual will establish strong engineering foundations, implement secure and automated delivery pipelines, and introduce AI‑accelerated software development practices that increase team velocity and quality. The role requires a self‑directed professional with strong technical depth, client‑facing communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance software delivery.

How

You’ll Spend Your Time Delivery Management

• Lead a delivery pod responsible for end‑to‑end solution design and implementation.
• Translate project briefs into actionable statements of work (SOWs) and sprint plans.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain focus and momentum for the pod.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Technical Leadership

• Serve as a “player‑coach” and builder by actively contributing to development efforts while guiding team members.
• Scaffold repositories, set up CI/CD pipelines, and implement secure defaults.
• Perform code reviews, pair programming, and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
• Integrate AI‑assisted development tools responsibly and effectively within the team’s workflow.

AI‑Accelerated Engineering

• Establish, document, and coach best practices for AI‑assisted coding, testing, and documentation.
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI tools on delivery speed and code quality.
• Codify reusable AI patterns, prompts, and guardrails that improve developer productivity.
• Actively engage in selection of correct tooling and monitor applied efficiency of said tooling.

Solution Architecture

• Select appropriate technology stacks based on project requirements.
• Oversee integration points including authentication, data, and observability.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance considerations are embedded from the start.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Client Success teams to define project scope and expectations.
• Collaborate with our Data & AI Engineering teams on prescriptive and predictive solution components.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor and develop junior engineers across the U.S. and India‑based Withum teams.
• Identify repeatable components and convert them into reusable templates, playbooks, or frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in software delivery with a record of independent execution in dynamic, rapid environments.
• Proven track record of delivering MVPs or production‑ready features in weeks, not months.
• Proficiency in majority of the following:
  • Type Script/Node.js/Next.js/Nest.js
  • React/Vue/Angular
  • .NET or Java
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or payment platforms); familiarity with Net Suite or D365 is a plus.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC, a la Terraform, Bicep, etc)…
