Our Debt Collectors assist customers with past due debt and come up with solutions to get the amount due paid off. This helps our customers improve their financial well being. CMS is fully compliant collector and follows all local, state, and federal regulations on every call. With over 20 years in the Buffalo area, it is safe to say CMS has the stability collectors are looking for.

The training for this client will begin on January 19th 2026.
Schedules will be Full Time and will be a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts.
Those with an associates degree or higher will start at $17 per hour. Those without secondary education will start at $15.50 per hour. Agents also receive unlimited monthly bonuses!
Training for this role will run from Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm for two weeks.
