Lead Carpenter

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Carpenter, located in Buffalo, NY. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and other construction‑related responsibilities. This role involves working with a variety of power tools, hand tools, and materials to complete both rough and fine carpentry projects. The Lead Carpenter will also collaborate with team members, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment.

• Proficiency in Carpentry, including both framing and finish carpentry techniques
• Experience and skill in using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace best practices in construction
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in carpentry or construction is a plus
