Building Maintenance Engineer About the Role

We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join facilities team. You’ll be the expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and building systems at our single location just outside of Buffalo, NY.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems.
• Replace key HVAC components as needed.
• Execute electrical repairs: conduit bending, cable pulling, panel and motor maintenance.
• Handle interior and exterior building maintenance, from structural fixes to lighting.
• Manage inventory and stock control to keep operations running smoothly.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 preferred
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with boilers, carpentry, and general building maintenance

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
