Installation Technicians focus on setting up new security, fire, camera, and access systems in residential and commercial environments. Service Technicians primarily troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing systems.

• Install and configure electronic security, fire, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and network-based intercom systems
• Service and troubleshoot systems to resolve performance issues
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Educate customers on system functionality, features, and service needs
• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
• Uphold high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care

• 2+ years of experience in low‑voltage installation (trainees considered)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with low‑voltage install, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and intercom systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• OSHA 10 and/or NICET certification a plus
• Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, and travel within the Buffalo region

• Ability to drive a company vehicle
• Comfortable working in various environments
