Your Role- Lead painting projects with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain our high standards and safety protocols.
- Perform on‑site assessments and provide estimates.
- Address client needs professionally.
- Train apprentices in all aspects of the job with proper techniques and efficiency.
- 3+ years of residential or commercial painting experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in painting techniques and equipment.
- Valid driver's license; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Full-time: $22‑$25/hr
