Responsibilities

The Integration Specialist
- Pro Sound
is responsible for installation and service of Pro AV and Paging Systems, ensuring that audio-visual and paging systems are installed correctly and smoothly to meet client needs and our high standards. You will troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to ongoing learning and growth within the team. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in audio visual, paging, IT, or related industry.
  • Proficient in the installation and setup of audio-visual systems, paging systems, and components, including displays, projectors, sound systems, constant voltage paging systems, and other audio-visual equipment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and servicing analog and digital AV/PA systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with and setting up IP networks is a plus.
  • Experience working on construction sites, following safety protocols, and working with hand and power tools. OSHA Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and learn quickly.
  • Great time management skills
  • A clean valid driver's license (daily travel to customer sites and occasional extended travel required)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Certifications including CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I or other relevant industry qualification is a plus.
