Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, lobby traffic, and/or restricted areas, verifying identification and following visitor management procedures per site policy.;
Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate notable activity to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.
