What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide administrative support to Registered Representatives by handling customer calls and follow-up activities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales-related activities, including audits and client onboarding
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, sales meetings, and customer seminars for the sales team
  • Maintain sales reporting to keep the sales force updated on regional activity
  • Provide customer service assistance, including informing clients about account balances and processing securities transactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales and/or sales administrative experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or work experience with 1 year of sales experience
  • Must possess FINRA 6 and/or 63 licenses
  • State Life, Accident and Health (LAH) license
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales administrative experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 99 licenses
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes and sales activities
  • Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships
