Legacy Forward Solutions is actively hiring motivated, hardworking individuals for our entry-level Campaign Sales Trainee position in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you’ll use face-to-face marketing and sales strategies to connect our clients with local consumers and help drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

As a Campaign Sales Trainee, you’ll be the face of our client campaigns—delivering exceptional customer experiences, building brand recognition, and generating new business through direct marketing efforts and promotional events. No experience? No problem. We offer full, hands-on training!

Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers in-person to promote and explain client campaigns
• Provide outstanding service to existing and new customers
• Represent client brands professionally at events and retail locations
• Educate consumers on services, promotions, and brand value
• Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided
• Background in customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
