We are seeking a customer-service oriented team player, to fill this Open Position in Buffalo, NY:

Pay Scale

Salary $45-$50k/year, plus negotiable commission, depending upon experience. Plus Attractive Benefits Package.

Join one of the largest janitorial equipment and supplies distributors in the North East. Our family-owned and operated company is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, person with previous external sales experience to work on generating outside sales for our company. Direct experience in the Janitorial Supplies Sector is a plus, but not a requirement. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Opportunities exist for advancement to a Sales Manager position for the right candidate over time.

Duties Include:

• Internal and external sales activities
• Managing an extensive list of existing customers
• Generating new business by bringing on new customers

The successful candidate will be required to manage and develop an established territory based in Buffalo, NY, extending East as far as Albany and Southwest to the PA border, with a substantial list of existing customers. You will also be expected to aggressively grow this territory by making prospecting calls, arranging meetings, making sales visits, presenting technical information to a range of customers from small businesses to large corporations, and closing new sales.

Travel fuel expenses in this Buffalo-based position are recompensed, but you must maintain a reliable vehicle.
