- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in sales hunting or prospecting roles
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom Info
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage veterinary professionals effectively
- Ability to travel up to 75% for prospect meetings and industry events
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Background in solution selling or SaaS sales
- Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments
