What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective veterinary practices through various channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using data-driven prospecting tools and personalized engagement strategies
  • Deliver value-based pitches and product demonstrations tailored to address the needs of prospects
  • Travel up to 75% to connect with prospects and represent the employer at trade shows and conferences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement teams to enhance outreach strategies and campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in sales hunting or prospecting roles
  • Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom Info
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage veterinary professionals effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for prospect meetings and industry events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences industries
  • Background in solution selling or SaaS sales
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments
