Salary Range: $45,000–$65,000 per year. Pay based on skill and experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking Regional Sales and Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our advanced HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical, and business development skills with a passion for consultative sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assess client needs, prepare custom proposals, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and cost estimates for installations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
- Conduct post-sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and support a small team (3–4 people) in achieving departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Experience with AHU component software or similar technical tools is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive, and a team‑oriented mindset with a client‑first attitude.
