Position: Bene-Care: HCM Sales Consultant-Buffalo

Title: HCM Sales Consultant – Buffalo

Location: Buffalo, NY | HYBRID

Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000 (commission & residuals)

Schedule: Full-Time | M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Reports To: HCM Sales Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene‑Care. If you’re a seasoned sales professional who thrives in the field, closes with confidence, and loves building a book from the ground up – we want to talk to you.

Essential Expectations And Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound activity (cold calls, referrals, networking)
  • Conduct high‑impact, in‑person sales presentations showcasing Bene‑Care’s payroll and HCM solutions
  • Collaborate with internal experts to build tailored proposals
  • Grow and manage a self‑generated book of business
  • Leverage client referrals and local relationships for momentum
  • Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long‑term value
  • Other work‑related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of HCM/payroll B2B sales experience.
  • Outside sales experience with a strong record of closing and building a book.
  • Familiarity with the midmarket segment.
  • Self‑starter with high accountability, strong follow‑through, and the hunger to win.
