Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Supervise, interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems;
Achieve or surpass productivity and payroll goals in each department;
Control and execute shrink standards while ensuring proper inventory levels and control;
