Overview

Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. Starting wage: $18.00 - $23.00. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

Part Time:
Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Safety First – Transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and participate in productivity-based wage increases.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred; training is available for applicants without inventory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort using handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Applicants who have no degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce, or have military experience are encouraged to apply.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background checks and MVR as required by company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent walking, repetitive motions with hands and wrists, and use of ladders. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. may be required. Occasional travel by car and occasional overnight stays may occur.
