• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed; supervise, train, and support team members.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism; build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• Experience:
  
  2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility:
  Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel to nearby stores when required.
