We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate who will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and ensuring assigned areas are appealing.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. The final salary will depend on factors like education, location, experience, and training.
