Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Engineering
A growing production facility in the Northeast is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance professional to oversee feed safety, occupational safety, fleet safety, and audit readiness programs. This role ensures all regulatory, safety, and quality systems meet required standards.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update all safety and quality compliance programs
Lead internal and external audits
Conduct plant and grounds inspections
Manage corrective action processes
Oversee QA Lab operations and staff training
Coordinate OSHA reporting, hazard assessments, and safety initiatives
Support ongoing training for new and existing employees
Manage pest control and fire safety programs
Background in quality, regulatory compliance, or safety management
Experience in feed, food, agricultural, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong documentation, audit, and training skills
Ability to lead cross-functional compliance programs
