Description:
We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our team.
The role involves providing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Successful candidates will have experience with a patient ratio of 1:5.
Float duty may be required based on census demands.
The emergency department serves a diverse population, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Nurses will be expected to administer emergency medications, manage dysrhythmias, and provide procedural sedation.
Familiarity with Epic charting is preferred.
Skills in phlebotomy and starting IVs are essential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for this role.
Candidate should be comfortable with a variety of patient diagnoses and be prepared to work every other weekend.
