Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional with experience in Epic systems. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licensure and meet the specific requirements for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established protocols.
• Document patient interactions in electronic health records, particularly using Epic.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is required.
• Valid nursing license verified through Nursys.
• Completion of all required onboarding checklists and health history documentation.
