Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional with EPIC experience for a backfill position. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient safety and an ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established guidelines.
• Utilize EPIC software effectively for patient documentation.
• Monitor patient health and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• EPIC experience is mandatory for all applicants.
• Valid nursing license verified through Nursys.
• Comprehensive health history and required vaccinations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and TB Test.
• Driver's License/State , and completion of the Catholic Criminal Background Check.
