RN Supervisor

Overview

Allwel is a mission-driven home care agency supporting adults with complex needs across Western New York. We’re hiring an RN who wants predictable hours, meaningful client relationships, and a role focused on supervision not floor nursing.

• $75,000-$80,000/year
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • $1,000 at start
  • $2,000 after completing UAS Certification

• Primarily Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• Rotating on-call shared across the RN team
• Time split between office and community field visits

• Supervise and support PCAs/HHAs (our Care Partners)
• Complete care plans, MD orders, and supervisory visits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate Care Partners on clinical procedures and best practices
• Address client and family concerns with professionalism
• Collaborate with medical providers and internal teams

• Active NYS RN license
• Strong understanding of home care regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• BSN
• 1-2 years of home health experience
