Overview

$66000 - $72000 / year. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

• Commitment to a holistic approach to healthcare that values the person choosing your supports
• Monitoring the direct support staff provision of health related services and observing the individuals’ health care needs
• Providing ongoing education on health care topics (Exposure Control Plan, Infection Control, oral care, skin integrity, constipation, seizures, vital signs, confidentiality, medical progress notes) to direct support staff

• New York State licensure as a registered nurse
• Long-term care experience preferred
