At Endeavor Health Services, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services to individuals in need. Our team of professionals works collaboratively in a supportive and respectful environment to promote mental wellness and recovery. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time (37.5 hours per week) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact. The RN will have the opportunity to work across our various clinic locations throughout Western New York, gaining valuable experience in diverse behavioral health settings.
As an RN in our Behavioral Health Clinic, you will play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health and / or substance use disorders. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about behavioral health and values a healthy work-life balance.

- Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Support the people we serve in crisis and de‑escalation situations
- Collaborate with providers and mental health professionals on care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate individuals and families on medication and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Active RN license in NYS (Required)
- 1+ year of nursing experience (Behavioral Health / Psych preferred)
- Working knowledge of CASAC regulations (Preferred)
- CPR / BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Salary $30 - $35 per hour depending on education, credential, and experience. Up to $2,500 sign on bonus fully paid at one year of service.
