ScheduleMon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with on-call responsibility.
Pay$75,000/year plus benefits including medical, dental, vision health plans and PTO/sick time.
Responsibilities- Plans, organizes, and oversees staff to provide patient care; evaluates care and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Completes initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
- Supervises all licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and PCAs, and conducts all field supervisory visits of field staff.
- Participates in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the organization’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
- Responds to patient care needs in life‑threatening situations, based on nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
- New York Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- 2 years of recent professional RN experience with 1 year of home care experience.
- BLS certification required.
