Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: All shifts

Rate: $34 per hour

Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $7,500

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

• Valid RN license.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation (preferred).
• Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑centered.
