Job Description

We are seeking a qualified nursing professional with Epic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and will possess the necessary skills to meet the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to established standards and protocols.
• Utilize Epic software efficiently for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Nursing License (Nursys)
• Completion of Catholic Core Competencies and Skills Checklist.
• Current health history including vaccinations and screening protocols.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems (Epic experience required).
