Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse with Epic experience to join our healthcare team. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support.
• Utilize Epic software for patient management and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond accordingly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license verified through Nursys.
• Completion of necessary Catholic Core Competencies and Skills Checklists.
• Current professional references and employment verification.
• Proof of immunizations and health screenings as outlined in the onboarding requirements.
